Receiving Your Order

Wie lange dauert es, bis meine Bestellung ankommt?

We aim to deliver all mainland UK orders within 5 working days. However, please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive. 

Sie können immer unsere verwenden tracker to show the stage of your order. Just enter the order number found in your original confirmation email. 

If you have not received anything within 10 working days and the tracking system does not show your item is in the process of being delivered, please contact us at sales@growerhouse.co.uk

What if I missed my delivery?

Your courier will usually post a card through your door if you are not in to collect your order. They should then attempt to re-deliver the following day. 

If you miss your delivery again, you can contact the courier using the phone number on the card. They may offer you another delivery option, or they may ask you to collect the parcel from your local depot. 

What will my order look like?

All GrowersHouse orders come shipped in plain black packaging or a plain brown cardboard box. Your parcel will not show any brand or product names. 

Shipping Overseas

How much is overseas shipping?

This depends on where you’re buying from! You’ll find the most accurate cost at checkout, after you’ve chosen all your items and supplied a delivery address.

We always provide the cheapest and fastest method of shipping in order to give you the best GrowersHouse experience. 

Will I be charged VAT / for customs?

You will be required to pay any relevant VAT or customs duties if you are buying from outside the UK. These may also be called “handling fees”.

Prices vary depending on your country of order and the product in question. You will receive an invoice from your courier once they have received your item. Generally, you will have about 3 weeks to pay the duties before the item is returned to us.

Please be sure to check the customs policies where you live for further information; we cannot be responsible for any unexpected shipping charges outside of the UK.

My item’s not right. What do I do?

If you have received an item that is faulty, damaged, or not the one you asked for, you may request a refund or an exchange by Kontakt aufnehmen. We will listen to the specific circumstances and help you find the best possible solution for your issue. 

Most likely, you will be able to refund or exchange your item. All refunds are returned to the original method of payment. 

Can I get an exchange?

Yes! If an exchange is approved, you may swap your item for any GrowersHouse product.

It does not have to be the same value, though:

  • You must pay any outstanding balance if you exchange for a more expensive item;
  • You may be subject to an administration fee of £10 if you exchange for an item of lower value. We will contact you if this is the case so that you can exchange for a higher-value item if you prefer. 

My item doesn’t work any more. What do I do?

If your item is within its warranty period we will be able to provide you with a refund or an exchange. This is subject to their warranty guidelines: we inspect all items on returning. If you have intentionally caused damage or used the item outside of its stated terms, we unfortunately cannot provide an alternative. 

Can I return a gift?

Yes, you can return or exchange gifts if they are approved by us on arrival.

Refunds will differ depending on whether or not the original buyer listed your item as a gift. If they did, you will be given the value of the item in store credit. You can use this on any item on GrowersHouse. 

If the original buyer did nicht list your item as a gift, all refunds will be returned to them using their original payment method.
